Layby Terms:

• Store Firearms initial payment
• 30% if instore
• 50% if it ordered from supplier warehouse
  
• Balance to be paid within 30 days of the item arriving in-store.
  
• Pre owned Consignment Firearms
  • 50% on purchase
  • Balance to be paid within 60 days.
    

Cancellations and refunds:

An administration and restocking charge equal to our reasonable costs, which will not exceed 15% for in-stock items, 20% for supplier-ordered and consignment items, and the full deposit for special-order items where the firearm cannot reasonably be on-sold.

Where a Permit to Acquire is declined and proof of denial is provided, the layby will be cancelled and amounts paid refunded, less reasonable costs incurred (restocking, admin).

Storage Fees

If laybys continue beyond the initial 60 day period, a monthly storage fee of $25 per item per month will be due.
