Use the primer the load data specifies. Magnum primers are for ball powders, large case capacities and cold-weather ignition, not a general upgrade, and swapping between standard and magnum will shift pressure and velocity enough that you should reduce and work back up. Benchrest and match primers are worth the premium when you are chasing single-digit velocity spread, less so for general hunting loads.
Primers are classified dangerous goods. They cannot travel by air, ship by road freight only, and go to licensed buyers with verified details. Some regional and remote destinations are excluded. Store them sealed, cool and dry, away from powder.
