1. Delivery charges

1.1 A flat-rate delivery charge applies to standard orders within Australia. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

1.2 Bulky or heavy items (safes, large quantities of ammunition, some reloading equipment) are quoted separately before dispatch.

1.3 Split deliveries incur the flat rate per parcel unless we agree otherwise.

1.4 We ship within Australia only.

2. Carriers and dispatch

2.1 We use licensed and authorised carriers of our choosing. Some regulated items can only be sent by carriers approved to carry them, which may affect delivery time and cost.

2.2 Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared and, for regulated items, once the requirements in section 3 are met.

3. Firearms and regulated items

3.1 Firearms purchased online, by telephone or by mail order are dispatched only to a licensed firearms dealer nominated by you, never to a private address. You are responsible for your receiving dealer’s fees.

3.2 Interstate purchasers must nominate a licensed dealer in their own state or territory. The receiving dealer will complete the transfer under that state’s law before releasing the firearm to you.

3.3 Ammunition, propellant, primers, firearm parts and other regulated items are dispatched only after we have sighted the licence, permit or authority required for that item, and only to an address and by a method permitted by law.

3.4 Dealer-to-dealer transfer fees are set out in our Dealer Services Policy.

4. Transit insurance and risk

4.1 Transit insurance is available at your cost on request and must be arranged before dispatch.

4.2 If you decline insurance, you accept the carrier’s standard terms of carriage. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods on a consumer purchase are lost or arrive damaged in transit.

5. Return freight

5.1 For warranty and fault claims, you pay the freight to return the goods to us for assessment. We pay the freight to return repaired or replacement goods to you.

5.2 Where a claim is accepted under the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, we also reimburse your reasonable cost of returning the goods to us.

5.3 Return freight on change-of-mind returns and on rejected claims is at your cost.

5.4 A firearm returned to us for warranty or repair must be sent through a licensed dealer or by another method permitted by law. We will tell you what is required before you send anything.

6. Delivery times

Delivery estimates are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays or for delays caused by permit or Registry processing.
