The Swarovski Z6i 1.7-10x42 sits in the middle of the Z6i range, giving a low enough starting magnification for driven hunts and close cover work while stretching to 10x for shots at moderate range in open ground. The 42mm objective and illuminated reticle keep the scope usable well into low light.

It shares the Z6i line's 30mm tube and second focal plane reticle, and is available with a ballistic turret (BT) option for elevation holdover on a known zero. As an optical sight rather than a firearm, it does not require a firearms licence to purchase in Australia.
