The Swarovski Z8i 1.7-13.3x42 is part of Swarovski's premium 8x-zoom hunting scope range, built on a 30mm tube with an illuminated FLEXCHANGE reticle system and SWAROLIGHT automatic illumination control that switches the dot on and off with the movement of the rifle. It suits hunters wanting a lower starting magnification than the 2-16x50 for closer work, with enough top-end reach for shots at moderate range as light fades.

The wide 8x zoom ratio gives a genuine low-power option for close, fast shots alongside a high top end for precise placement at range, all through Swarovski's SWAROVISION optical system. As an optical sight rather than a firearm, it does not require a firearms licence to purchase in Australia.
