The Vortex Precision Cantilever Extended Mount positions a forward-mounted riflescope for correct eye relief and natural head placement. It is offered in several sizes and includes options with a 20 MOA cant to help align elevation when needed.

  • Designed for forward scope placement: moves the optic forward on the rail to achieve preferred eye relief and shooter posture.
  • 20 MOA cant option: available in select sizes to shift the scope’s elevation range without additional adjustments.
  • 30mm 20 MOA specification: this configuration locates the center of the riflescope tube 1.574" (40 mm) above the mount base.

Choose the size and cant option that matches your scope tube diameter and desired elevation correction. The mount’s cantilever design maintains consistent centerline height for reliable cheek weld and sight picture when the optic is placed forward.
