This RCBS 3-Die Roll Crimp Set is designed for loading straight-wall cartridges, combining case sizing, mouth expansion, bullet seating and a roll crimp in one matched set to produce consistent, ready-to-use rounds.
- Sizer Die: Steel sizer die sizes the case and de-primes spent primers; note that cases must be lubricated before sizing.
- Expander Die: Expands the case mouth to the proper diameter to accept the bullet and imparts the flare or bell that aids reliable bullet feeding.
- Seater Die: Seats the bullet to the desired depth and applies the roll crimp for a secure case-mouth hold on the bullet.
Use this set when your reloading process requires a roll crimp and when loading straight-wall cases; the sequence of sizing, expanding and seating follows standard die operation to prepare and secure bullets consistently.
