A target projectile for target and match shooting, the Hornady 22 calibre 75 gr ELD Match comes in boxes of 100. It measures .224" in diameter and carries a G1 ballistic coefficient of .467 (G7 .235), which is what makes it worth loading at distance.

ELD Match bullets are built for accuracy and consistency from bullet to bullet and lot to lot. The Heat Shield tip does not deform from aerodynamic heating, so the meplat is always the same shape, and the patented DVRT (Drag Variability Reduction Technology) tip improves drag uniformity for less dispersion at long range. A secant ogive, optimised boat-tail and highly concentric AMP jacket give a class-leading ballistic coefficient that Hornady measures by Doppler radar, and the precision-swaged lead core keeps the bullet balanced in flight.
