Hornady's 155 gr Match BTHP in 30 calibre is built for target and match shooting. It measures .308" in diameter and carries a G1 ballistic coefficient of .405, which is what makes it worth loading at distance.

Hornady Match bullets are made on AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jackets with virtually zero runout and near-zero wall-thickness variation, paired with precision-swaged lead cores. The secant ogive profile lowers drag and provides the optimum bearing surface for stability, while the length and angle of the boat-tail are tuned for each calibre and weight to maximise the ballistic coefficient. The result is a consistent, high-BC bullet at a sensible price for volume practice and competition.
