For target and match shooting, the 80 gr ELD-VT projectile in 6mm from Hornady is a target projectile worth a look. It measures .243" in diameter and carries a G1 ballistic coefficient of .410 (G7 .206), which is what makes it worth loading at distance.

ELD-VT pairs a low-drag match profile with the light weight and high velocity of a varmint bullet. The Heat Shield tip resists aerodynamic heating so the meplat keeps its shape and the ballistic coefficient holds across the whole flight. An AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jacket gives tight concentricity and wall-thickness control, and on impact the tip drives back through a large internal air gap into the core, producing rapid fragmentation even at the reduced velocities of a long shot.
