Handloaders who want only the neck sizing die for 270 Magnum (270 WSM / Weatherby) can buy it here as a separate Hornady Custom Grade die, useful when a set is missing a die or a second sizer is wanted for a different rifle.

A neck sizing die sizes only the neck of a fired case, leaving the body as fire-formed to your chamber; that means less brass working, longer case life and often better accuracy in a bolt-action or single-shot rifle whose cases are not shared with another gun. Hornady machines and polishes the die internally to a smooth finish, fits the Zip Spindle decapping assembly with an elliptical expander, and supplies a Sure-Loc lock ring with wrench flats.
