This Hornady Custom Grade 3-die set in 41 Magnum / 41 AE gives handgun handloaders the sizing, expanding and seating dies needed to load the cartridge on a standard 7/8"-14 press. It suits pistol and revolver shooters loading practice and competition ammunition in volume.
Most Hornady pistol sizing dies carry a titanium-nitride sizing ring that is harder than carbide, so cases size without lubricant and without scratching. The expander die puts a slight, consistent flare on the case mouth so bullets start straight, and the seater uses Hornady's in-line system with a floating alignment sleeve and a separate crimp adjustment that changes the crimp without altering seating depth. Sure-Loc lock rings with wrench flats hold the settings, and Hornady guarantees the dies against breaking or wearing out in normal use. Shell holders are sold separately.
