The Hornady Lock-N-Load Iron Press is a heavy cast single-stage press with Hornady's quick-change bushing system, for handloaders who want the most rigid press in its class for precision rifle and handgun ammunition. This version comes with manual priming.

Tight machining and assembly tolerances give the Iron Press the consistency to turn out match-accurate ammunition year after year. The patented shell-holder platform lets you deprime, pause to chamfer and deburr, then replace the case and prime. A spring-assisted 1-1/8" solid steel ram provides the strength, and an accessory deck holds trays for bullets and cases and stores chamfer tools, neck brushes and pocket cleaners. Lock-N-Load bushings mean a die change takes seconds, and the optional gravity-fed automatic priming upgrade can be added later.
