Handloaders trimming .375" calibre brass on a Hornady Cam Lock trimmer need pilot #16, which enters the case neck and keeps the cutter square to the mouth.

The pilot fits inside the case neck ahead of the cutter so every case is trimmed square and to the same length, and pilots swap in seconds so one trimmer covers every calibre on the bench. Ten common sizes are supplied with the trimmer; this one is sold separately for the calibres it does not include. Use the Hornady sizing chart or ask our staff to confirm the pilot number for your cartridge.
