The Hornady Lock-N-Load Bench Rest Grade Powder Measure is a precision powder measure for rifle handloaders who want more consistent charges than a standard measure gives. It keeps the Lock-N-Load bushing mount but adds a chrome-plated metering insert and a smaller metering chamber that fills more uniformly.

A micrometer adjustment gives a positive reference so a charge weight can be recorded and returned to, and pre-set metering inserts can be swapped by pushing the button on the outside of the chamber. Charges adjust from 20 to 65 grains. The moving parts are plated for long life, the rotor needs no lubrication, and an optional drain insert lets you empty the hopper without taking the measure off its stand.
