Hornady shell holder #37 for the Cam Lock trimmer is the trimmer-specific version of the #37 shell holder, for handloaders trimming cases whose rim needs this holder in the Cam Lock case trimmer.

The Cam Lock trimmer locks the case into its shell holder with a lever, which is what lets it trim to a consistent length regardless of rim thickness, so the holder must match the case rim. Hornady lists this #37 holder separately for the trimmer. Check the number for your cartridge against the Hornady essentials chart or ask our staff.
