The Sierra 1390 is a 55 grain 22 calibre (.224) GameKing hollow point boat tail, a boat tail hunting bullet for 22 centrefires such as the 223 Rem and 22-250. The 55 grain #1390 HPBT has a large open point for rapid expansion and works in every 22 centrefire except the very smallest cases; it is a proven fox and pest bullet in the 223 Rem.

GameKing bullets pair a boat tail base with Sierra's tapered hunting jacket, so they hold a flatter trajectory and retain more energy at distance than a flat-base bullet while still expanding and penetrating on game.
