The Sierra 1625 is a 100 grain 25 calibre (.257) GameKing spitzer boat tail, a boat tail hunting bullet for the 25-06, 257 Roberts and other quarter-bores. The 100 grain #1625 SBT suits large varmints and small to medium game and comes into its own when shots stretch past 200 yards from the 25-06 and 257 Roberts.

GameKing bullets pair a boat tail base with Sierra's tapered hunting jacket, so they hold a flatter trajectory and retain more energy at distance than a flat-base bullet while still expanding and penetrating on game.
