A flat-base spitzer for the 7mm-08, 7x57 and 7mm magnums, the 140 grain Sierra Pro-Hunter #1910 is the traditional hunting bullet in Sierra's range. The 140 grain #1910 has a heavy double-tapered jacket, is recommended for all 7mm cartridges, and Sierra suggests it as an all-round medium game bullet to about 450 yards.

Pro-Hunter bullets use a flat base and Sierra's double-tapered jacket for controlled expansion and deep penetration on medium and heavy game at short to medium range, and their short length for weight helps accuracy and stability.
