Sierra's 175 grain 7mm (.284) MKX (#1976) gives the hunter who shoots at longer range a bullet with MatchKing accuracy and reliable expansion at mid-range velocities. The 175 grain #1976 MKX mirrors the 175 grain 7mm MatchKing in profile and dimensions, so a match load converts to a hunting load without a seating-die change; its G1 ballistic coefficient is 0.597.

The MKX is engineered to expand reliably at mid-range velocities while matching the flight of its MatchKing counterpart, so a hunter can practise on steel and hunt with the same load.
