The 200 grain #2232 MKX shares the ogive and external dimensions of the 200 grain 30 calibre MatchKing, so match and hunting loads can use the same seating die setting; its G1 ballistic coefficient is 0.553.

The MKX is engineered to expand reliably at mid-range velocities while matching the flight of its MatchKing counterpart, so a hunter can practise on steel and hunt with the same load.
