A full metal jacket for the 9mm Luger and other .355 handgun cartridges, the 115 grain Sierra Tournament Master #8115 is the fully jacketed match handgun bullet in Sierra's range. The 115 grain #8115 FMJ arrived in 1984 and is the standard 9mm Luger competition weight, feeding reliably in semi-automatic pistols.

Tournament Master bullets are fully jacketed and non-expanding, designed first for positive feeding in semi-automatic pistols and then for the accuracy competition shooters expect from Sierra. The jacket fully covers the nose, so there is no exposed lead to foul feed ramps, and weight and diameter are held to tight tolerances for consistent groups. They are practice and match bullets rather than hunting projectiles, and the standard weights make working up a load straightforward.
