The Sierra 8120 is a 125 grain 9mm (.355) Tournament Master full metal jacket, a non-expanding match handgun bullet for competition and practice in the 9mm Luger and other .355 handgun cartridges. The 125 grain #8120 was Sierra's first 9mm FMJ, introduced in 1981 with reliable feeding in semi-automatic pistols as the design priority.

Tournament Master bullets are fully jacketed and non-expanding, designed first for positive feeding in semi-automatic pistols and then for the accuracy competition shooters expect from Sierra. The jacket fully covers the nose, so there is no exposed lead to foul feed ramps, and weight and diameter are held to tight tolerances for consistent groups. They are practice and match bullets rather than hunting projectiles, and the standard weights make working up a load straightforward.
