Talley makes this Signature Steel base set to fit the Winchester Model 70 for .860 Standard Caliber, Short Magnum; it pairs with Talley steel rings for a fixed, low scope mount suited to hunting and field rifles.

Made in steel with Talley's Signature finish, they come with mounting screws. The extended-front version moves the front ring forward to suit scopes with short main tubes or long eye relief.
