The Blaser Carbon Bipod Set for the R8 Professional gives hunters a light, quick-detach front rest that fits the rifle without a rail or adapter. This set is for the 19 mm semi-weight and 22 mm barrels and includes the bipod-ready fore-end cap.

The fore-end cap swaps onto the R8 Professional stock with two screws and carries the receiver bush, so the carbon bipod simply pushes in and pulls out. The swivelling foot locks in the deployed position and releases at the push of a button, and the telescoping carbon legs adjust the overall length from 19 to 30 cm. Carbon keeps the weight down for a rifle that is carried more than it is shot from a bench.
