The Colt Gold Cup .22 LR semi-auto features a CNC machined high-grade aluminium slide, skeletonized 3-hole trigger, extended beavertail grip safety, and elongated hammer. It has a blued finish with rubber wraparound grips, 5" (127mm) barrel, and a target front sight and adjustable rear sight.The Colt 1911 still defines the standard for modern day semi-automatic pistols. The 1911 was the standard US military sidearm from 1911 to 1985 and the M45 CQB model is now being issued to the US Marine Corp.
