Designed to keep solvents out of the action and protect rifling near the chamber, Hoppe's Bore Guide Universal aligns your cleaning rod for breech-first cleaning and reduces rod contact with the rifling closest to the chamber.

  • Includes three interchangeable chamber tips to fit .17 to .416 calibre, so the guide adapts to a wide range of barrels.
  • Aluminum action collar fits .695"/.700" (17.65mm/17.78mm) diameter bolt actions, offering a snug collar fit regardless of action length.
  • Threaded brass pin replaces the bolt to lock the guide into the action and hold it in place for proper cleaning from the breech.

This tool combines the included tips, a precisely sized collar, and a locking brass pin to position the cleaning rod consistently and keep solvents away from sensitive action components. The design supports cleaning from the breech and minimizes unnecessary contact between the rod and the rifling nearest the chamber.
