Hornady Shot Bushing is designed to compensate specifically for #6 shot field loads when reloading with Hornady shotshell equipment. It fits and operates with Hornady shotshell reloaders to ensure the bushing correction for those loads is applied during the reloading process. This part is intended for use with lead shot only.

Purpose-built: compensates for #6 shot field loads so the reloader’s shot volume is adjusted to match that load specification.
Compatibility: made for use with Hornady shotshell reloaders and their reloading procedures.
Material constraint: intended exclusively for lead shot; not for use with non-lead shot types.
