MDT's Long Top Rail is built for shooters who need extra mounting space for optics plus night vision, lighting or infrared accessories. The rear section mounts flush on the receiver while the front section free-floats over the barrel. Both sections are machined on parallel planes, with the front sitting lower to clear scopes with larger objective lenses.
