Fitted to the Winchester Model 70 (.860) Standard Caliber, Short Magnum (Pre 2009), the Talley Picatinny base puts a continuous rail on the receiver, giving hunters and long-range shooters flexible ring placement and a standard mounting interface.

It is machined to the factory scope-mount hole pattern of the rifle and comes with mounting screws. Choose the standard (0 MOA) base for general hunting distances, or 20 MOA, which tilts the scope forward to free up elevation travel for long-range work.
