With 16x magnification and electronic image stabilisation, the Sig Sauer ZULU6 HDX 16x42 lets a hunter or long-range shooter glass at spotting-scope power straight from the hand. It is the high-magnification option in the ZULU6 range, suited to open country where animals are picked up a long way off.

The OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) system electronically cancels shake, with a Scan mode for covering ground and a Target mode that lifts stabilisation by up to 50 per cent once you are on an animal. HDX glass and the SpectraCoat, LensArmor and LensShield coatings give strong light transmission and definition. The rubber-armoured thermoplastic body is IPX7 waterproof and fog proof, runs about 30 hours on one AA battery, has twist-up eyecups and accepts a tripod mount. Foam carry case and neck strap are included.
