Barnes' 100 grain 25 calibre TTSX (part 30220) takes the proven TSX copper hunting bullet and adds a polymer tip that lifts the ballistic coefficient and starts expansion.

The TTSX is machined from solid copper with relief grooves on the shank to reduce pressure and fouling; on impact the tip drives into the re-engineered nose cavity and the bullet opens into four petals with near-complete weight retention and deep, straight penetration. Copper bullets run longer than lead-core bullets of the same weight, so match the twist rate to the bullet. The 100 grain is the all-round weight for the 25-06, 257 Roberts and 257 Weatherby on deer-sized game.
