The Lyman Deluxe 3 Die Set combines a premium Carbide Expander Assembly with a dedicated Neck Sizing Die to give reloaders both smoother neck expansion and the option to avoid overworking brass. That combination preserves case life by using neck sizing where appropriate while still including a full-length sizing die for returning brass to factory dimensions.
- Deluxe Carbide Expander Assembly: free-floating carbide sizing button moves up the decapping rod to smooth neck expansion and removes the need for inside neck lube.
- Neck Sizing Die: sizes only the neck so cases can retain the precise chamber dimensions of an individual rifle and reduce unnecessary brass working.
- Standard Full-Length Sizing Die: returns brass to factory dimensions when full resizing is required.
- Standard Bullet Seating Die: seats bullets after sizing.
Each included die addresses a specific reloading step so the set supports both careful neck sizing and routine full-length resizing without additional purchases. Use the neck-sizing option when you want to limit brass work and the full-length die when you need uniform, factory-dimension cases.
