The Nocpix MATE H38R is a front-mounted thermal clip-on that turns your existing day scope into a capable night-hunting setup, with a built-in 1,200 m laser rangefinder and ballistic calculator.

At its heart is Nocpix's in-house Gen-2 640 × 512 VOx sensor with a 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD of 15 mK or better, paired with a fast 38 mm F1.0 lens. The relatively wide 11.6° × 8.7° field of view suits scanning paddocks and timber edges, and detection range reaches out to around 1,950 m.

Magic Zoom tracks your riflescope's magnification and rescales the thermal image and overlay in real time, so the picture stays sharp and correctly sized as you zoom. Nocpix quotes 1 MOA-level accuracy with repeatable zero after remounting, and the two-piece magnesium alloy housing is recoil-tested to 7,000 J for heavy calibres while keeping weight down to 457 g.

The unit runs on standard replaceable 18650 batteries (three supplied) for up to 4 hours per battery, records to 64 GB of onboard storage, and is IP67 rated for dust and water.
