The mags work well, nice and solid with a good strong spring.
I tried the Milsurp (Military Surplus Ammo), 308 (7.62x51 Made by ADI Dated 1979, recently purchased from Magnum Sports at Roseville.
Today 25/08/2026 I fired some and these went really well.
Each shot was well placed in the group.
So at the price I Paid at $15 for ten (10) Rounds, these rounds are great.
It just goes to show that Magnum have come through again with their pricing.
For value this Bipod works well. The Nylon Feet are a bit smooth, but by putting on Silicon or rubber feet will be a good fix.
Overall, the Bipod works well, easy to adjust on the fly. The steel is well crafted, legs all extend well. It has Cant too. So at the price paid, it’s s bargain. Come down to Magnum Sports at Roseville, and pick one up.
And while there you are sure to get another great bargain there as well too.

These are the best projectiles. My lithgow 102 topped with a leupold 6HD 4-24 scope with the custom dial is set for these projectiles. I shoot nothing else. They are accurate enough to out shoot others at the range and I can confidently drop a deer out to 400 odd meters with one shot. Highly recommended projectiles
Outstandingly accurate projectile, very consistent base to ogive dimensions across the 6 boxes I purchased. Less than 0.002” variation across the entire lot. Devastating projectile on soft, thin skin game like fox. Perfectly suited to short 22” barreled 22 Creedmoor with muzzle velocity in the 3400fps range.
