The RCBS Small Base Sizer Die resizes brass cases slightly below SAAMI minimums to reduce the shoulder and body by a few thousandths of an inch, improving feeding and chambering in firearms with tight chambers. It also de-primes the case to remove the spent primer as part of the reloading sequence.
