In 300 Win Mag, the Howa Carbon Elevate is the flagship carbon-fibre rifle in Howa's range, made for long walks and long shots with a threaded 24" carbon-wrapped heavy barrel on the proven 1500 action.
The 24" #7-contour barrel is cold hammer forged, carbon wrapped and threaded for a brake or suppressor. The stock carries Howa's patented AccuBlock lug bed and a Limbsaver recoil pad. Howa 1500 actions use a machined receiver and forged one-piece bolt with an integral handle and pressure-vent holes, an M16-style extractor and ejector, and tool-less firing pin removal. A two-stage HACT match trigger and three-position safety are standard, and Howa backs the rifle with its sub-MOA three-shot guarantee using premium factory ammunition.
