This black-oxide steel 5-round magazine in 308 Win fits the Ruger Scout Rifle and the Ruger Precision Rifle, and is the compact magazine that keeps a Scout rifle handy for hunting or pest control.
It fits all 308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor and 243 Win Precision Rifles as well as the Scout Rifle. In the Scout Rifle chambered in 450 Bushmaster it also works, but holds only four rounds. Ruger lists it as the factory-fit magazine for these rifles, so it locks in and drops free exactly as the original. The steel body and black-oxide finish stand up to being carried loaded in a pocket or pouch on a hunt.
