The Zeiss SFL 10x40 gives hunters and pest controllers extra reach for judging animals across paddocks and gullies, in a binocular that weighs just 640 g. The 10x magnification and 20.0 twilight factor pull in detail at distance while the low weight keeps the image steady in the hand.
Like the rest of the Victory SFL (SmartFocus Lightweight) family, the 10x40 uses thinner lens elements packed closer together inside a magnesium housing, saving up to 30 per cent in weight against comparable glass. Zeiss's UHD optical concept and T* multicoating deliver 90 per cent light transmission, natural colours and sharp detail. The SmartFocus wheel is placed in the DoubleLink bridge for quick, precise focusing without spreading your fingers, and runs close focus to infinity in 1.4 turns. LotuTec coated lenses, nitrogen filling and 400 mbar water resistance keep it working in rain and dust.
