Dewey nylon-coated one-piece cleaning rods are the standard for shooters who clean from the breech with a bore guide: a steel core under a nylon coating that will not scratch the bore, a ball-bearing handle and a brass jag included. We stock 22 to 26 calibre rods in 36, 40 and 44 inch, and 27 calibre and up rods in 36, 40 and 44 inch.

The 22 calibre rod is .205 to .210 inch outside diameter with 8/36 male threads and comes with the 22J brass jag and SMBA brush adaptor; the 30 calibre rod is .260 to .265 inch with 12/28 male threads and comes with the 30J jag and LGBA adaptor. Pick a length at least as long as your barrel plus action.
