The Pulsar Axion 2 XG35 is a pocket-sized thermal monocular designed for long-range detection and detailed observation in low-light and adverse weather. It combines a fast F35/1.0 germanium lens with a high-sensitivity Lynred sensor and image-optimization modes to reveal targets at significant distances and improve clarity in rain, fog, or high humidity.
- Robust, lightweight housing: reinforced magnesium alloy protects internal components, helps dissipate heat and reduces image noise during extended use.
- Optics and sensor: F35/1.0 germanium lens paired with a 384×288 Lynred sensor (17 µm pixels) for detailed LWIR imaging.
- Extended operation: APS5 rechargeable battery provides up to 11 hours per charge and is user-replaceable; charges via USB-C or dedicated charger.
- Connectivity and recording: Built-in Wi‑Fi (2.4/5 GHz) and Stream Vision 2 app support live streaming, firmware updates, and transfer of photos/videos; includes video recorder and free 16 GB Pulsar cloud storage for captured media.
- Usability: Fast start-up (~5 seconds), variable digital zoom, Picture-in-Picture, AMOLED VGA display with eight color palettes, and IPX7 waterproof rating.
Designed for quick deployment and extended overnight use, the Axion 2 XG35 balances detection range and image detail in a compact, handheld package. Also available with a long-distance laser range finder.
